Plastic Kayak Torture

Posted by Grace Ombry on 7 October 2009 | 0 Comments

Our staff videographer Glenn Kirkland created this photo essay while developing our "Kayak Massacre" video. The kayak in question is made of high-density polyethelene plastic (HDPE). We cut it in half with a chain saw, then repaired it with WEST SYSTEM G/Flex Epoxy. We'll post the video soon, but for now, the photos have their own story to tell about Ben and Daryl, a couple of our employee-owners who believe in the products we manufacture.
